MFT Mermazing !!

Hello everyone again!!

This is me with my second card for today!! Our trip to Greece is close and I’m very nervous and excited at the same time. The whole year has passed since my last trip to this wonderful country. Beautiful sea with beautiful beaches, very kind domestic residents and delicious food and cakes…. OMG I can not wait anymore!!

But let’s go back to my finished project….

juni2018 10

I stamped all my images from MFT Mermazing stamps set on Bristol Smooth white card stock with Memento black ink and colored with my Copic Markers. After that I made masks for all images using Stamping Mask paper from Inkadinkado.

After that I applied Distress oxide inks with my mini ink blending tool. (Faded Jeans, Wilted Violet and Picked Raspberry. On the top of the panel I used Radiating Rays Stencil with MFT Sweet Tooth pigment ink. I also used Distress Sprayer by Ranger with water to create sprayed effects.

On the botom of the panel I colored sand with Copic Markers and added dots with different shade of the markers. After the background has dried I stamped corals and sea grass with Picked Raspberry, Faded Jeans and Lucky Clover Oxide inks. I also added some Clear Droplets By Pretty Pink Posh 4 and 6 mm.

And at that moment I decided to make shaker card.. I created the frame with A2 Stitched Rectangle Stax Set 1 and 2 Die-namics. First I die cut 5 frames from the white cards stock and the last I die cut from the MFT Silver Sparkle Card stock. On the back of the Silver frame I added Heat Resistant Acetate.

For my shaker elements this time I decided to use combination of Lipgloss Microbeads and Diamond Dust. The sound created by these two materials is unbelievable, it really sounds like waves. That’s why I did my first video. I know it’s not good quality but hallo this is my first ever made cardmaking video.

I colored also grass  with copics and added small flowers with my pencils and Uni-ball white gel pen. For the sky I blednded Tumbled Glass Distress ink with mini ink blending tool and stamped clouds too.

After that I die cut the scene with Linked Chain Circle Frames Die-namics. With the same die I die cut one from the white card stock and one from the green card stock.

For the background panel I used Bleuprints 27 Die-namics and Bundle of Blossoms paper pack from MFT and on the botom of the panel I stamped sentiment with Memento Black Ink.

Until next time…. Happy Crafting!!!

W2CB Challenge!!

Hello everyone!

It is time for new Words 2 Craft By Challenge. Our words this month are:

“Go where you feel most alive”

https://words2craftby.blogspot.com/

And this is how I was inspired…

W2cb juni

This time I decide to make Shaker + No-line coloring card. For my stamping I used Natural and Cement Gray Premium Dye ink by MFT. I stamped images from MFT Town Bear and In Paris stamps sets and colored with my Copic Markers. I add some details with Uni-ball White gel pen on my coloring. When coloring was finished I die cut images with matching dies.

I die cut front panel with Blueprints 27 Die-namics from Ranger Woodgrain Cardstock and in the middle of the panel I die cut the window with Elegant Rectangle Stax Die-namics. I repeated this procedure several times and I glued these panels one behind the other  to get enough depth for shaker elements.

This time I decide to emboss sentiment on Acetate which can be very tricky but If you have Heat Resistant Acetate it can be to much easier. The trick is to keep the protective paper in place and make sure that you do not leave fingerprints. I also used EKSucces powder tool before stamping with VersaMark. After that I applied detail White embossing powder and emossed sentiment with Heat tool.

W2CB Juni 2

For the inside of the shaker part I used Teal card stock and I added Eiffel Tower and I die cut 4 clouds with Sweet Sloths Die-namics.  I filed shaker part with Hearts in different colors. On the front of my card I added my colored images and few hearts as well.

Thank you for stopping by!

For a bit more dimension I die cut same buterrflies 4 times from the velum and with Foam tape I added them back. For the trails I used Nuvo Crystal Drops Violet Galaxy.
