My Favorite Things Guest Designer Part 2

Hello everyone!

I am back here with you all! Today I want to show you two projects with Products from July release. I hope you like my ideas and that they will inspire you to create
something similar.

I am a big fan of The Greatest Showman movie (as I believe many of you are too)
so the Greatest Show stamp set was No.1 for creating. This time, the spotlight is
on the Greatest Showbear (if I may say so).

For background panel I used Sno Cone cardstock which I have cut out with A2
Stitched Rectangle Stax Set 1. Next step was stamping everything with Copic
friendly black ink and color everything with copics. After that I have cut out
everything with coordinating dies. Besides new products on this card I used two
sets that are features in earlier releases and those are Town Bear and In Paris
stamp sets and dies.

Just about in half of this card, above the roofs of the city I
glued twine on witch this Showbear is doing his tricks.
The clouds that you see in the background are from newest Love Bugs set.
The sentiment is stamped with black ink and cut out with blueprints 27.

Todays second project required little bit more effort but I am so satisfied with the result!

For the start I used Kraft cardstock and stamped Wood Plank Background with Milk Chocolate Dye ink on the whole surface. After that I applied Biscoti Dye ink with my mini blending tool and cut out the ‘doors’ with A2 Stitched Rectangle Stax Set 1 .
Idea about saloon doors was a key element for this project I cut them out with Elegant Rectangle Stax die-namics.
I also put a sign above the doors and I used Pop-Up Alphabet die-namics for that purpose. Lasso came afterwords as a natural embelishment!

All of the images are stamped with Copic friendly black ink and colored with Copic markers. Afterwords I cut all of them with coordinating dies.
Besides new Saddle Up and Celebrate stamp set I used Best In The West stamps and dies.

Inside of the saloon is from Kraft paper on witch I stamped my sentiment with Milk Chocolate Dye ink.

At the end I wanted to put in some red so I used Sweet Succulents stamp set and dies for the hearth but I also stamped the pot for the cactus from the same set. As a finishing touch I added White gel pen details and some Wink Of Stella clear glitter pen.

That would be all for today, see you again in couple of days! Until than, happy crafting!

July MFT Guest Designer!!

Hello everyone!

I am so happy to be here with you all again! I am so grateful to MFT who invited me to be a guest designer again this month!
July release is full of amazing and interesting things and I have to admit that it was hard for me to choose a product that I would use for my first Project.

For today I decided to make a gift box which can be given to someone dear or a crafty friend who would love to try embroidery but does not have materials.

Photo No1

For the box I used two pieces of white cardstock that I cut to 6*6 inches. At all 4 sides I scored at 1 inch, and than make a cut in all four corners.
I used score tape to assemble the box and than on the lid I used Gift Shaker Window and Frame Die-namics to make a window.
The newest Gift Shaker Pouch takes up this hobby to a higher level.

This time for shaker material I used Lipgloss Microbeads. On the back of the shaker window I glued acetate sheet so the contents
of the gift box is visible.

For the frame I use MFT Farm Fresh Gingham paper pack.
To decorate the lid I used new Stitched Beautiful Bows die namics
(do I have to say that I LOVE this product??!)
I have cut the bow from the felt in pink color and the same color I used to make flowers that I made using Mini Rolled Roses die-namics.
I also used the white felt for the roses just to put some interest.

Inside of the box is filled with embroidery threads in coordinating colors and two Cross Stitch Tags which I assembled with thread so recipient would know how to assemble them after they finish the pattern.

As ling as we are at thread and needle I am gonna use the opportunity to show you my latest Cross-stitch Projects in which you can see different MFT dies that you can use to make big collection of cards.

For all of them I used cross stitch printable, and you can find them on MFT blog.

On this card I used Stitch Tag-Corner Rectangle Stax Die-namcis.
I also stamped sentiment  “Welcome, little one” from Essential Sentiments stamps set in the inside of the card  with Grape Jelly Premium Dye ink.

For this card I used Stitched Tag-Corner Square Stax Die-namics and again same sentiment but this time I used Cotton Candy Premium Dye ink for stamping.

This time I Die cut the frame with A2 Rectangle Stax Die-namics Set 1 and 2. Hello, Beautiful sentiment from the same stamps set I stamped inside of the card with Pure Plum Premium Dye ink.

I hope you like what I prepared for you!
Can’t wait to come back in couple of days! Until than – keep calm and craft on!
