My Favorite Things October Release Day 4

 

 

Welcome to Day 4 of the MFT October Release Countdown. Today I’m introducing new Birdie Brown Happy Pawlidays stamps set and Die-namics, Handwritten Holiday stamps set, the new Tall Tag Duo Die-namics and Let It Snowflake Too Die-namics.

 

 

 

First I Die-cut tags with Tall Tag Duo Die-namics. On the first tag I used masking technique and stamped the Dog in front of the Christmas tree. For the second tag I stamped and colored the dog on watercolor paper, die-cut with coordinating die and added on tag when I finished coloring on the Christmas lights. For the next tag I used again masking technique and stamped a lot of  presents and my dog on the top of Christmas presents.For the last tag I stamped images directly on the tag and colored with my alcohol markers.

 

For the back side of my tags I used MFT Cherry Crisp Prestige Card Stock and embossed sentiments and some snowflakes from the new Handwritten Holiday stamps set. For decorations I used Christmas Ribbons and I die cut Snowflakes with amazing new Let It Snowflake Too Die-namics.

 

On the end I added highlights with White Gel pen, Some Wink of Stella and of course Glossy Accent. It is Christmas Time!!!!!

MFT October Release Countdown Day 5

 

 

Welcome to My Favorite Things October Release Countodwn !!! As always this release also is packed with amazing new products.  Adorable new things again belive me!!! Make sure you stop by the MFT blog everyday for next five days to see the full reveals of the new Products.

 

My card today features the new Polar pals stamps set and Die-namics, A2 Stitched Rectangle Stax Set 1 and the new Drifts and Hills stencil. For my card I decided to use slider elements to show the movement on the water.

 

 

I stamped and colored images on watercolor paper using my alcohol markers, then I  die-cut with coordinating dies. For my Background I used new Drifts and Hills Stencil to make snowy hills. You will love this new stencil, belive me. Amazing product. But this new Polar Pals stamps set…. I am  totally in love!!!!!

And I have to mention that I used for the first time Oxide inks. I can not describe how satisfied I am with Oxide inks. I even used oxide for the sentiment and after that I embossed with Clear embossing powder. You can find the Oxide whole collection in MFT shop.

My Favorite Things Color Challenge #78

And this is what I created for you today using Wild About You stamps set and die-namics.

 

 

I stamped, colored and die-cut images from Wild About You stamps set. I made backround with Ranger Watercolor paper and some Zig color brush markers.I wanted to make different colors fall from the top of the card and color the animals in different colors. And Sentiment was perfect for this card: What makes you different, makes you special!!

Here’s how I was inspired by the new sketch…

 

This time I Decided to play with Distress Oxide inks on the black card-stock. And guess what .. I was thrilled with the result. I used Rustic Wildflowers for my background and for my focal image.  Completely different effects and I can not say what looks better to me. On this way, I can create background papers with dark card-stock that fully match the focal image. I just love love this card.

The focal image I stamped with My Favorite Things Premium Dye inks. I adore all the colors of this great MFT Collection. When I want to create something with layering stamps I always use premium dye inks.

Sentiment I embossed with white embossing powder and for the middle of the flowers I used some White Microbeads.

MFT September Snow Globe Card Kit Release Day!!!!!

 

 

The new MFT Snow Globe Card Kit is available for purchase in the MFT store now!!!!

 

 

 

But,  before you go, I have one more project to share with you using new Products from the KIT.

 

 

For this card first I created background with Distress Oxide inks and Copic Opaque White. For the moon I die-cut circle and masked part of the background. I used the same technique at the snowy hills but this time I used Stitched Basic Edges 2. The trees from New stamp set Modern Trees I stamped With Black Soot Oxide ink. Then I created the frame using the new A2 Rectangle STAX Set 1 Die-namics and Cherry Wood Adhesive-Backed Paper from the kit. I also die -cut the house from Cherry Wood Adhesive-Backed Paper from the kit and I add small details like snowy roof, windows, wreath…

On the end I creted shaker card. For the shaker materials I combined Diamond Dust and white Microbeads.
